The hospitality was exceptional and made us feel immediately welcome. Our room was incredibly cozy and serene, and the guest lounge offered delicious hot chocolate that was perfect after a day on the slopes. The chef prepared an outstanding dinner and breakfast that were true highlights of our stay. We’re already looking forward to returning on our next ski trip!

We enjoyed every aspect of Full Moon Resort during our recent visit. The setting and property are breathtakingly beautiful The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and very comfortable The food was absolutely delicious. We had a truly wonderful experience in every way possible.

We have stayed at Full Moon several times. The houses are just perfect. Clean and cozy, and spacious. Most importantly for the winter months the heating is flawless. The people who manage the property are kind and gracious and provide exceptional service. In this area near Belleayre Mountain, this is easily the best. Thank you!

I just returned from a three day stay at Full Moon Resort. I cannot say enough good things about my visit. My room was exceptionally clean and simply, but tastefully decorated. I spent time walking the nature trail and taking in the beautiful scenery. The creek behind the lodge added another level of tranquility. I enjoyed spending time in the library just reading and enjoying the cozy lodge. I am always stressed, but in a few days I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Full Moon Resort is rustic, but sophisticated. In addition, the food was absolutely delicious and the kitchen staff made sure every person enjoyed every meal. The staff was extremely hospitable and kind. They were pleasant, accommodating and truly interested in making sure their guests enjoyed every minute of their stay. I cannot wait to return to this peaceful gem of a resort.

I rented the Dancing Bear cabin at Full Moon Resort for my daughter and son-in-law for their 10 year wedding anniversary. They were married there in December of 2014. The wedding was magical and their anniversary weekend was just as magical. It was so heartwarming to be back on the property and stroll down memory lane. They were treated with so much care and love by the staff, who surprised them with a bottle of wine and many welcomes. I attended a wedding at Full Moon in 2010 and it was the best wedding that I ever attended. The property is gorgeous, the accommodations are cozy and beautifully designed, and the staff seems to be totally invested in the experience you have. That is why I recommended it to my daughter when she was looking for her wedding venue. I have a feeling that they will return again and again. Thank you, Full Moon!

We always have a wonderful time at full moon resort! We got married here in 2023 and had an amazing wedding that people still talk about. We came back last weekend for a mini winter vacation. We love that they open up the property on Airbnb in the winter so we can always come back. While it looks a little different in the winter than the fall it was still beautiful and the heated bathroom floors in our cabin were great. The staff went above and beyond to make it a special weekend for us. They care about what they do and it shows. We love seeing all the updates they make to the property including the indoor/outdoor heated pool they are currently building that we are excited to see next time we visit!

I just got back from a 3-day trip to Full Moon Resort with my company. We had roughly 30 people attend and the staff, accommodations, and food were all incredible. Given that this was our first overnight retreat, we were unsure what to expect, but they exceeded our expectations. Melanie was quick to answer all questions and provided excellent hospitality. The chef provided delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner that left everyone raving. The rooms tend to vary in size and some had shared bathrooms (which was communicated to us beforehand), but all were clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend Full Moon Resort to anyone interested in planning a work retreat, wedding, or weekend getaway.

Already my second time at Full Moon, this is a very special place in the midst of breathtaking natural surroundings that I can recommend to anyone in any setting. Every single person who works there is friendly, considerate, professional, generous, and clearly enjoying making the guests feel welcome and comfortable. I attended Karl Bergers The Creative Music Studio (aka Music Masters Camp), and find Full Moon ideal to support getting to a deeper level of creative work. The rates during the week are very reasonably, Full Moon is a model for an ecological setting, the food is unbelievable, the whole atmosphere is amazing.

We had planned to take some daytrips but there was so much to do that we never wanted to leave the resort. The resort is in the middle of the woods and perfect for hiking, just relaxing in an adirondacks chair or just making new friends. If you do want to take a short side trip, Woodstock is great fun. Our room was simple but sunny, airy and very clean. The food was excellent with healthy options for those so inclined. Probably most important of all was the staff. People always have special wants or needs and the Full Moon staff was always friendly and efficient and took care of everything. We will definitely go back.
